Healthy Tastes and Love (HTNL) began with a simple question: why should eating convenient snacks mean sacrificing your health?
Founded by Abisola Esther, a food scientist and snack lover, HTNL was born during her undergraduate years after discovering how ultra-processed many popular snacks had become.
